With a background spanning emotional AI development, workforce engagement, and community-centered wellbeing, Georges leads the company’s mission of bringing accessible emotional support to high-need communities.
He oversees technology development, training programs, and strategic partnerships with behavioral health agencies, Medicaid programs, and community providers.

Rage Relief LLC was created because I spent years trying to understand my own emotional patterns while watching people I care about struggle in silence. I realized that so many adults especially in minority and underserved communities are carrying emotional weight with no real tools to help them manage it.

COSMIC AEI and Control Halt Relief™ weren’t built as corporate products. I built them as a personal mission — a way to make emotional support simple, human, and accessible to the people who are usually overlooked. With no outside funding and no big team, I developed the first working prototype myself, combining everything I’ve learned through research, lived experience, behavioral-science principles, and thousands of hours studying how emotions actually move through people.

I created this because I believe emotional help should be built for real people — not just for those who can afford it or who fit neatly into a system.

Now, with support and partnership, I’m ready to bring this vision forward so Rage Relief LLC can serve the adults, workers, and communities who need it the most.

Our Timeline

2023–2024 — Research & Foundations Completed
Emotional-AI framework developed, early modeling, and behavior-science alignment.

2024–2025 — Proof-of-Concept Completed
First functional emotional-AI prototype created (text + tone interpretation).

2025 — Control Halt Relief™ Completed
Curriculum finalized and adapted for underserved, minority, and Medicaid populations.
